The Problem
Renters in The Gambia had no centralized digital platform to browse verified properties. Landlords depended entirely on physical agents, and diaspora families had no reliable way to secure housing for relatives remotely.
The Solution
Built a full-stack rental marketplace with Next.js and Node.js — featuring verified listings across 12 areas, Stripe-powered secure payments, and legally-binding digital tenancy agreements that work for both local and diaspora users.
The Outcome
500+ active listings live on the platform. Landlords and tenants can now complete the entire rental process — from search to signed agreement — without a physical agent.
